03 Are there any hidden costs? +
No. Quotes include the lift, drill holes, slurry material, and patching. The only common add-ons are heavy patching on decorative concrete or extra-difficult site access — both flagged before you book.
04 Can you give me a price over the phone? +
We can give you a ballpark range over the phone, but the real quote needs photos so we can see the slab, the settlement, and the surroundings. 2–3 photos is usually enough.
05 Do you offer financing? +
Most projects are paid on completion. For larger commercial or multi-area residential jobs, contractors in our network can arrange staged payment — ask when you request your quote.
06 Will my homeowners insurance cover this? +
Usually no — concrete settlement is considered wear-and-tear in most policies. The exception is settlement caused by a covered event (a burst water line, a sinkhole). Check your policy.
07 Do you offer a warranty? +
